Small Description of Our Activities

The Construction Company Del Re srl, active in Florence and in the Tuscan territory, is already in its fifth generation with the owner Geometra Nicola Del Re.
It has specialized over the years especially in the renovation of facades, roofs, entire residences, farmhouses, barns, not even precluding the construction of new residential and industrial buildings.
Over the last few years, the Company, availing itself of and coordinating a very close-knit team of professionals, has made an increasingly complete service to its customers by carrying out "turnkey" renovations, taking care of every aspect of the building's restoration. Our company also proposes itself for small ordinary and extraordinary maintenance works.
Over the past three years we have increasingly dedicated ourselves to new technologies related to energy saving, natural materials and above all knowledge of new products in order to be able to solve in a professional manner the various cases that arise on construction sites. The legal representative, Geom. Del Re Nicola has been continuously updated in the last ten years by participating in seminars on photovoltaics, energy saving and visiting trade fairs and / or courses related to green building and energy efficiency (AFE Florentine energy agency, Klima House in Bolzano and Florence, Passive House in Brussels) expanding their professional knowledge and also managing to put them into practice directly in the new construction sites.
The new energy-saving technologies together with the new bio-building materials are an opportunity not to be missed for the client who can then choose to carry out a renovation, or new construction, with greater comfort than traditional buildings, but above all with greater respect for the environment and a greater attention to health and to others thanks to the ecological and natural materials of green building.
